The NMW Helpline respects the privacy of personal e-mail accounts and we store your e-mail addresses just as securely as other personal information on nmwadvice.co.uk. We will not send you unwanted e-mail messages or junk mail, and your details will not be passed to any organisation beyond Citizens Advice Services without your explicit permission except in cases where they are shared with HMRC for compliance investigation or to agents to provide quality of advice auditing.

Citizens Advice Services/Citizens Advice comply with and are registered under the Data Protection Act in the United Kingdom and take all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal data. Citizens Advice Services/Citizens Advice staff, and those working for agents or contractors of Citizens Advice, are responsible for keeping your information confidential and will only use it to provide advice and associated quality of advice auditing. The details that we use to provide our services (for example your name, telephone number, address), as well as any information collected from you while you are using this website, will not be passed to any organisation beyond Citizens Advice Services to be used for marketing purposes.
Right of Access to your information
If you want to know exactly what personal information Citizens Advice Services holds on you please contact us. If it transpires that the information held is inaccurate, we will make the necessary amendments and confirm to you that these have been made.
